Webcast to show Festival of Lights to viewers around the globe.

Smithville, Texas, November 1, 2007 – LiveAir Networks today announced that the 17th Annual Smithville Festival of Lights will be broadcast live on the Internet to viewers around the globe, beginning at 11:00 AM CST on December 1, 2007.

"We are thrilled to be webcasting the Festival of Lights again this year,” said James W. Breeden, CEO of LiveAir Networks. “This annual event attracts many individuals from Central Texas, and we are glad to be a part of what we hope to be a new, global audience for our small town celebration. This event has traditionally been limited to being on Main Street, but now the Internet brings the event to the forefront of everyone's computers. There is no reason for anyone not to be there. This is the ultimate spot on the Web."

LiveAir Networks will be streaming Live from the LiveAir Greenhouse located at 1st and Main. The webcast will feature all of the Live Music acts performing throughout the day including Chuck Nietsche, Rhett Lee, and The Jeremy Miller Band. Scott Saunders returns to join Breeden as the “Voices of the Festival” throughout the day. The lighted parade begins at 6:30 PM commentated by Saunders and LiveAir’s Dinah Breeden.

Surfers will be able to reach the festivities through the LiveAir Networks home page at http://www.liveair.net/ or go directly to the live stream at www.liveair.net/go/downtown. Visitors to the site will be able to watch all of the festivities downtown from wherever they are on the Internet. These cameras will capture the excitement associated with the Festival of Lights and provide a new angle to the annual “kick-off” of our holiday season in Smithville. Tell your friends and family far and wide that want to see the festivities – they can watch it from the comfort of their own computer!
