System Installers

LiveAir System Installers are part time individuals who enjoy working with technology, performing quality work, and appreciate the value of good customer service.

If selected to work with LiveAir as a Fixed Microwave technician, you will receive supervised field training in installing internet protocol equipment. You may also select to be on-call for tower maintenance and/or support services.

Installers receive work orders after LiveAir's Sales and Agent groups pre-qualify and survey sites for installation suitability. Installers then contact clients directly to schedule their installation. They may either maintain a select inventory of equipment or pick up from LiveAir as needed.

Installers will visit client sites and install outdoor cabling, mounts, and antenna for fixed microwave service delivery. They will also route cable inside, perform cable terminations, and configure client's computer equipment to connect. They will also provide the client with a welcome kit and brief orientation to the service. The installer will then gain the client signature on a completed work order and will notify LiveAir the installation has been completed satisfactorially. The installer may be evaluated by the client after the installation appointment.

Installers may also be dispatched to client sites to perform antenna realignment or replacement after storms or other technical failure.

System installers are contract only and no volume commitments are guaranteed. You can work reasonably within your own schedule. Installers may also become Sales Agents to both sell and install the LiveAir solution.
